ABOUT ME
AND WHY I BECAME A COACH
Let me put my story in a very small nutshell.
I have always had a way of seeing a little deeper into things and offering a perspective that helps people move forward.
Even when I was in high school, people would naturally came to talk to me.. whether it was friends, classmates or even people I barely knew. They would always open up about what they were going through I would listen and make sense of their situations for them.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 24 years in the modeling industry. During that time, I witnessed firsthand how much pressure, insecurity, and self-doubt people carry beneath the surface. I often found myself supporting and guiding others through those challenges, helping them find confidence and clarity in difficult moments.
It was through those experiences that I realized something important…not only did I love helping people, I was genuinely good at it and the conversations I was having and the advice I was giving created real shifts in people’s lives.
That realization led me to formally study coaching. I became a certified NLP Practitioner and earned my Master’s in Life Coaching, and I’ve now been working with clients full-time for over a decade.
There is nothing more meaningful to me than seeing someone arrive feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed and then watching them rediscover their strength, clarity, and direction.
Over the years, I’ve also navigated my own challenges with self-image, relationships, and life transitions. Those experiences, combined with my training and years of working with clients, allow me to support people from a place of real understanding.
My passion lies in helping people reconnect with who they truly are. I love helping clients uncover their unique potential and step into the most authentic version of themselves. Often, all it takes is a different perspective and someone who knows how to help you see it.
